1. About us
Beauty Lounge All In 1 is a nurse-led aesthetic and beauty clinic operating from 14 Putney Bridge Road, Wandsworth, London SW18 1HU. All clinical treatments are carried out by Zamurad Baloch Ahmad, a CPD-certified aesthetics nurse.
2. Consultations and suitability
All treatments are subject to a consultation. We reserve the right to decline or modify any treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not suitable or safe for you. You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status before treatment.
3. Bookings and deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
5. Pricing
Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary depending on the products used, the number of areas treated and your individual treatment plan. A final price will be confirmed at your consultation before any treatment goes ahead.
6. Results
Results vary from person to person and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Aftercare advice provided at your appointment should be followed carefully to support the best possible results.
7. Payments and refunds
Payment is due in full on the day of treatment. Treatments already carried out are non-refundable. If you experience any concerns following a treatment, please contact us within 14 days so we can review you in clinic.
8. Age restriction
You must be 18 or over to receive any aesthetic treatment at the clinic. Proof of age may be requested.
9. Complaints
If you are not happy with any aspect of your experience, please contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
